    That was my first thought too. I'm hoping they are just resting him for the playoffs but this is worrisome indeed.

    well you never know if a player might play or not, like that baseball player? if he had a game the following day, and u didnt watch the news, you'd be at the game and than they announce that hes dead .. so.. iuno..what imtalking abuot...go rockets

    i think the jinxing would be everyone who is assuming its no big deal. im sorry but with the injury plague this team has im always a little pessimistic.

    sometimes they have pre-game...they dont have it today probably because they messed up the schedule cuz astros have a game on...

    This is what I hate about this crap people are never straight up. Is it a stress fracture in his right foot or is it just really a sore right foot? Is Tracy McGrady healthy or is he faking or does he just suck cause he is out of shape? When is Landry coming back 2 weeks no it's 4 weeks he came back out of nowhere I forgave them for that one... but with this team it's just a big ol surprise every year with injuries.

    　　火箭表示如果是重要比赛就肯定会让姚明参加，但是考虑到常规赛即将结束，季后赛即将开始，教练组还是稳妥起见，让姚明休息。这并不意味着姚明有怎样严重的伤势，只是教练组决定的战略性休息。

    　　随后《休斯顿纪事报》就此事进行了确认。消息报道说：姚明是在美国时间周二与魔术的比赛之后感觉到疼痛的。X光结果显示没有大碍，所以在昨天与国王的比赛中姚明照常出场。

    　　但是在今天赛前他表示疼痛没有减轻，所以教练组决定将姚明撤出今天比赛的名单。这将是姚明本赛季第五次缺席比赛，明天他将接受进一步的检查。

    　　这几个赛季以来，伤病一直困扰着姚明，他上个赛季就因伤缺席了多达35场的比赛。所以，季后赛近在眼前，希望他能健康的出现在今年的季后赛舞台上。

    If Yao is out for season and playoffs, then, Adelman is first blame. He played around 40 min. in the last 5-7 games.

    Luis has to be the strong inside scorer tonight. That first drive looked good. Hope to see a lot more of it.
