    If trade T-Mac for Duncan, Duncan+Yao+Ron will win the west Champion.
    If trade Yao+Ron for Duncan, T-Mac+Duncan will win the World Champion.

    We have TWO options to build a Champion team of Houston!

    In the first scenario, SA's stars would be a PG, an SG, and an SG/SF, with pretty much nobody at PF or C. They would never do that.

    In the second, SA's stars would be Ron/Yao/Ginobili/Parker and they would have Bowen/Finley/Mason/etc.. off the bench. Nobody wants to make a division rival that good.

    For the first scenario, Spurs disagrees. And for the second, Rox disagrees.

    Trade T-mac + Battier for Billups. Or trade T-mac + Battier + Wafer for Wade.
