Did you just say Wafer isn't much of a defender? As if Barry, Head and McGrady are lockin people down. The only difference is that he can actually put the ball in the basket.

Wafer and Brooks are the only two guys on our roster that can get to the basket and finish more time than not. I've been saying forever that Wafer should be playing...espcially after the Wizards game. Nothing has changed.

I hope TMAC sits and we go off for 110 @ ATL tomorrow night. This offense has been painful to watch lately.

I have been saying they should have been playing Wafer all along until T-Lack gets his act together

I'd like to see the rockets start Von in place of Head and see what happens. If Tracy decides to sit against Atlanta, start Ron as well...still have AB coming off the bench for a little spark.

Von Wafer would destroy Tmac 1on1 right now. I honestly believe that.

    Kind of irrelevant, but ok.

I'm glad I didn't watch this game. Pathetic.

Players should be awarded playing time for their performance and spirit, not for their salary and status.

The rockets organization should start Von Wafer in front of Tmac at this point.

A slasher who can shoot fairly well should get aleast 15 minutes a game behind a "star" player but since that player does not exist at the moment, Wafer should be starting, his enthusiasm and energy his pervasive throughout the team.

    I like Wafer's hairstyle. I think it should be dubbed a "Vo-hawk."

Von Wafer > Luther Head > Steve Francis > Moochie Norris > Stephon Marbury > TMac

Too much playtime in one game for Wafer, 40 minutes and he got cramping. LOL!

With all the injuries, Wafer's contract will be guaranteed by Jan 10, so Wafer will stay with the Rockets this season. More Wafer to come.

7 for 17 FG isnt that great (3 for 7 from 3pt is). But at least he's trying to make things happen.

His his effort on defense was the encouraging part tonight

7-17 is ok, for a first time starter.....just think Tmac would have had to go 5-8 last night just to equal 7-17....all he needed was more shots though, right?
