    I remember a time, not that long ago, when I used to tune in to the lions just to watch Barry sanders play. Even if he had -10 yard run, it was more exciting than a 70 yard adrian peterson touchdown. Those were the wonder years of turkey day football :sigh:

    A brilliant idea just came to mind. Why not just show a rebroadcast of a lions turkey game from 90- 98? I would watch!
