    Along with NBA 2k9 this is currently one of my favorite games. Anybody else here play?

    The graphics got a whole lot better, and playing 10 vs 10 online is awesome. :D

    So far I've only played once online...and lost...Played a 10 on 10 once and won....I'm gonna play a few online matches tonight.

    Man, everyone knows it;s all about PES aka Pro Evo.

    Fifa has been in 2nd place to Pro Evo for most of this decade.

    Played my first 3 FIWC games and i'm at 2-1 right now. I must have hit the post like 10 times during that loss. :mad:

    I am definitely going to pick this up from my friend since it will only cost me $20. But the thing that sucks is I won't be able to play it until December 18 or so when finals are done! :mad:

    How is the online play? And is there a lot of people playing online?

    I used to be a hardcore FIFA guy, but Winning 11 aka Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) is way better.

    Even though FIFA has made vast improvements these last couple years, it's still not enough to pull me away from PES (winning eleven). Master League still has such a hold on me.

    IMO FIFA has finally surpassed PES. The lack of licenses and the limited game modes eventually doomed it, as has FIFA's improved gameplay.

    I got 2009 yesterday, it's pretty fun, especially 10v10 and be a pro, though difficult.

    I still have a POS2. No network adapter. :( I am looking for one... I have NEVER played ANY GAME online.

    For 10v10, how does FIFA resolve people just quitting in the middle of a match?

    I think that's FIFA '08. Maurice Edu replaces Jozy on the cover for '09.

    It's a great game and very fun online, just don't do random pick up games people play really stupid on them in 10v10. Try to join up with a group of people somehow.

    Actually I have. I've also played WE/Pro Evo and imho Fifa is still in 2nd place.

    Seconded. What FIFA has done the past 2 years is far and away superior to PES. And I like PES.
