    How much time and effort is required to run a team? also considering my Time Zone difference from CST, is it another barrier of entry?

    i created a more competitive format where the teams are much deeper and well you need more knowledge to compete in my opinion. if those 2 leagues are full ... here are my leagues settings as well incase some one wants to join . password is nba
