The Worst Vice-Presidential Nominee in U.S. History

How can she have any world knowledge in Alaska?
She's far from the Lower 48 terrorism threats.
Oil is a driving HOT ISSUE in Alaska as everyone gets on board to explore less foreign dependence in the lower 48.
She is a NRA member in a state with less violent crimes and poverty and racial as well as class strife.
The state has a low amount of military.

Just a few questions that come to my mind.

Who is comfortable with her being the replacement for an old candidate with little knowledge of her work?

 

Alaska has some unique problems that she would not have been exposed to in the lower 48.

Avalanche control
Wildlife preservation
Promoting economic development in a place it is hard to get folks to move to.

These are just a few things that come to mind.

 

Then why does she have an 80% approval rating? Of course the Alaskan politicians are gonna trash her. She's their worst enemy after all the corruption she's been rooting out.

 

Worst VP pick in HISTORY! She is getting killed on Larry King Live right now.

No republican YET has answered the question: "Is she the most qualified person in the republican party to be VP, or that McCain could have found as a VP running mate?"

NO ONE will answer that question and all of their faces are visibly flustered when that question is asked.

By the way: They said she sold the state plane on Ebay as one of her qualifications as a leader!

Seriously,who cares rather or not she's the most qualified? Since when does that mean you get the job you deserve/don't deserve.It is what it is.....McCain coulda done worse....

 

If his posts are so terrible, why on Earth would they influence you one way or another? It should mean they are meaningless gibberish - if they are always wrong, that's actually pretty high quality because you can use it to determine the opposite. Same reason a weatherperson that's wrong 80% of the time is more useful than one that's wrong 50% of the time.

 

Thanks for making my point that McCain is not a man of his word. He said his criteria is to pick "THE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATE THAT WOULD BE READY ON DAY 1".
