    BTW, the Astros are amidst their season-long win streak, set yesterday at 7 and now standing at 8.

    Their season-long win streak, 8, now matches their season-long losing streak (8). Here's hoping the win streak reaches at least 9!

    The previous season-long win streak, 6, happened April 20-25. They lost 8 from June 11-19.

    Our September schedule is fairly easy. If we can take care of business against the inferior teams, we can stay in this race, which I would consider to be a total overachievement for this season.
