    crap like this makes me lose confidence in the justice system. I hope this guy gets his sentence shortened. What pisses me off the most is that the slut 13 year old doesn't even get punished at all.

    I've seen a disturbing trend in incompetent parents, such as this girl's father, in recent years. His daughter is THIRTEEN!!! She goes out every night and has sex with random guys that she meets on the internet, and he acknowledges this.. and doesn't do a damn thing about it. Some people just don't deserve to exist/live. (yes, I'm serious)

    Right. However, if you allow the "I didn't know" or "she lied" defense, you have to allow it in all cases which would include cases where there isn't direct proof like this one.

    Now I'm not sure which would be the best and may be inclined to agree with you that allowing for that type of defense may be the better option. I'm just saying that you can't allow one guy to use a defense without allowing it for all cases.

    Isn't entrapment illegal? The man should look into that.

    And this girl has no soul. She already put a man in jail, yet she still lies to this man about her age and has sex with him. Maybe the law should put her in jail for a year, and see how she likes it. This girl is going to become Paris Hilton x10000.

    I agree with you about breaking them, but the "statements" are either clauses or articles... but not statements. :p

    So... does anyone here know anyone under 18 or 13 (like this girl) that wants to go take a stab at tricking them into thinking you (set up, of course) want to appear like a stalker to them? Could be a great SOCIAL EXPERIMENT. :cool:
