Taco Bell - Give her 3 bucks, and tell her the world is her oyster. Rent a Freddie Kruger flick, burn some incense, and wear a leather thong. You can't go wrong.
Hmmm, three votes already for Taco Bell from obviously the most well-versed posters in the dating arena. Tee hee.
Forget Taco Bell! Take her to Casa Ole, then show her a few games that Jose Lima pitched during the 2000 baseball season...
GASP....this is not a race. This is about a man's livelyhood and virility......or increasing his chances to score.
No one has mentioned Taco Cabana or Taco Bueno. Give him some alternatives....not everyone likes Taco Bell. Get her a Sean Elliott souvenir cup....
Taco Caban is only good at about 3-4 am, coming off your drunken stupor, smelling like an ash tray..... EGGS MEXICANA! Mmmmmmm!!!
If you really want to save money, take her to Jack in the Box and get her the two tacos for 99 cents. Then go to the video store (not the Schlockbuster, but the independent one) at the intersection of Studewood, North Main and 20th St in the Heights under the false pretext of renting some obscure (not to mention made-up) Italian horror flick. Of course they won't actually have the tape, but the clerk who works there is a cross between Sloth from The Goonies, and the comic shop guy on The Simpsons. That will scare her, as will the fact that this clerk always has Species II playing. Mexican food and two horror films in one night. How can you fail?
Americas on Post Oak. Not really Mexican... more like South American (and expensive) but if you want to go to a nice place, with GREAT food (outstanding food) with very cool decor, this is the place to go. Cafe Adobe on Westheimer and Shepherd. Lots of pretty people but it can get very crowded so get there early unless you want to wait. But if you wait, you can go upstairs and drink in the bar. Teala's on Dallas. Good fun, trendy people and they have these gigantic (expensive) margaritas with gummy worms in them that are kind of fun. Americas will be the most impressive place. Cafe Adobe the most fun. Teala's is in the middle. With any of these restaurants, I would call ahead and see if they take reservations.
Man you taco bell guys are cheap, YOu need to treat this girl right Take her to CHI CHI's. then go rent the new Godzilla. That was a seriously scary movie. . . .
