I still rather see the Mavs lose. We play better on the road, so HC is overrated for us.

But if we end up playing Utah, I think we do need the home court.

yeah, this is a very rare case in which you have to root for dallas. HCA doesn't mean as much this year but if we end up drawing utah, the one contender with a poor road record, we'll be kicking ourselves for not getting home court.

That's not true. Tmac plays better on the road. Role players need the comfort of the home sorroundings. Rafer especially sucks on the road.

You could make the argument of indifference about home court advantage when Yao was on the lineup. Yao didn't give a damn where he played either.

I think this team needs home court advantage.

I think Yao tends to put up big numbers at home, but you are SOOOO right about rafer.

Go Mavs! I really want to finish #5 with home court rather than opening on the road at LA

Besides if the Mavs stay at #7, we'll probably get Spurs-Mavs in the first round.

Since both can't lose I'll have to take the lesser of two evils and root for the mavs. Goodness knows it'll help us.

I just realized that jason kidd was with the suns and steve nash was with the mavericks just a few years ago. The circle of life completes!

Why has Amare become a jump-shooting big man?

JVG is unusually quiet in this game.

Mark Jackson on Barbosa being called the Brazlian Blur. " I wanted to be the Brooklyn Blur"

JVG: "I was thinking more of the Brooklyn Blob"

    LOL

gotta give props to the NBA's ad campaign this season.

that shaq/kobe commercial is pretty genius.
