    I got a gift card for Christmas and usually when I get one, I re-gift it to someone else later on in the year. Starbucks just ain’t my thing. But this time I kept it just for the hell of it and I just got around to using it at the kiosk here at work.

    I tried the white mocha with no fat and no whip. HOLY CRAP, this stuff is like CRACK!! I’ve always wondered why so many people pay so much money for a frickin’ cup of coffee. I guess now I know.

    I guess I have now joined the dark side. I fear all this gift card has done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve….

    So do you go and if so, what do you usually get?

    I go maybe once every few months for a vanilla latte or a double chocolate chip something..

    I have a thing for Starbucks Mocha so I would say I go about 2 or 3 times per month. I'm not trying to get attached to Starbucks.

    Saturday mornings during the summer I like to get a Frappuccino.

    I dont like going in Starbucks but they have the little ones at Kroger. I will go there.

    I drink Starbucks about 2-4 times a month.

    I order a coffee light frappuccino no whip or carmel macchiato no whip, yummy.

    I just drink tea. Seems to be much better for you. (has oxidants or antioxidants. Can't remember which of the two, but i know its good for you.)

    Their Chai Tea sucks and their coffee is over-hyped and overpriced.

    I do like the Pumpkin Loaf though.

    I seem to only go to Starbucks during the holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas time) for the "especially foo foo" drinks like the Pumpkin Spice Latte and the Peppermint Mocha.

    I usually order them quietly, despite the staff asking very loudly what they can get started for me while I am 3 spots back in line. Then I pay, and also check in my man card at the same time. ;)

    But every once in a while I'll stop in for a coffee of the day, but that's a rarity. Honestly, I'd rather get a cup of Dunkin Donuts or McDonald's coffee.

    Absolutely NOT. They're expensive, and I get that shot of caffeine at home on the weekends and at work on the weekdays. I buy it for my wife, though, and have only tasted their TEA and I didn't like it. I have bought the 4-pack of FRAPUCCINOs before just to try them with my wife. I'd rather not pay too much for coffee, thank you, very much. :eek:
