New Jersey went from a bad team to the team with the best record in the East. Part of that is health, but a huge part of that is having a pass first PG who gets everybody the ball and isn't worry about getting his shot. Kenyon isn't there they still win because everybody gets their touches and you don't hear players complaining about not getting the ball like they did when Marbury was there. Kidd makes everybody better the same way John Stockton does. You look at Utah and you say "How does Stockton make them better" because nobody is putting up monster numbers except Malone and maybe Marshall. But he makes everybody better and they win and that's all you can ask. Other then that disaster in Dallas Kidd has been to the playoffs every year. That speaks volumes. He knows how to win and he knows how to put his teammates to the proper position to contribute to wins.
