    Man there are alot of house buying by the Clutchfans posters! I wish I am buying now instead of four years ago, I bet I could get much better deals on homes now. :(

    My Dad said he's getting rid of his boat that I borrow, so I'll probably buy it from him and throw money into a hole in the water.

    Hell, I spend a lot of money every month...I really do...I pay off my AMEX every month and the past couple of months before xmas have be $$$$...

    The only thing I'm worried about is that people are living off credit...that's scary...
