Calories aren't what you should be worried about with microwave dinners. Check the sodium content.

Yeah, is there some special reason why these things are loaded with sodium (salt)?

Good call on the couple posters who talked about Marie Calender's Lasagna.

I'd also like to nominate Boston Market frozen dinners on the whole.

IMHO, everything from Marie Calender's is GREAT. Some of my favorites:

    Beef Tips Dinner

    Breaded Chicken Parmesan Dinner

And the favorite of my favorites:

    Herb Roasted Chicken

I'm never eating a frozen dinner again. If I choose to leave home, I'm getting married first and the woman better know how to cook.

cause it's a preservative? all of this food is processed too... none of it is good for you, but it's better and cheaper than fast food.

I'd rather do a Wendy's jr. bacon cheeseburger, casear side salad and baked potato all for about the same price and nutritional value as a microwave disaster.

I imagine Marie Calendar being next door to a slaughterhouse where all the fat and lard gets trucked on over. I love all of their dishes.

Those giant pot pies are freaking tasty...but guess what?

THE NUTRITIONAL INFO COUNTS IT AS TWO SERVINGS!
