    How many instances have you heard of bad guys getting off because there wasn't enough good evidence but you know he did it? How many times have you heard of a gang killing someone but the police can't do anything about it because no one will open their mouth but you[police] know who did it?

    It is too bad that we have civil rights some times because I think anyone with an MS 13 tat on their hear should have a piece of lead slung through their forehead.
