Anyone seen this before? It is from 1998. Most of the cast is unknowns, it has Sandra Oh - aka - Rita Wu from Arli$$. http://us.imdb.com/Title?0156729 I thought it was pretty good. It focuses on a group of people and what they decide to do with the little time remaining they have on Earth. I missed the first 10-15 minutes, but basically there is a comet that is going to hit the Earth and wipe it out. The whole city is in chaos and time is running out. Some people choose to be alone, others choose to have sex with as many as possible, and others plan suicide. Kinda makes you think about what you would do, who you would call, etc if it was all ending tomorrow. It came on Thriller Max at 7:20 Central - comes on again at 10:20 on ThrillerMaxWest. If you like this also try Miracle Mile (1989)
I saw this movie once just flipping through channels at like 3 in the morning. It was surprisingly good and kinda weird. I really liked it. The end kinda threw me a little though. That car was bad ass too!
Speaking of old movies you might have missed i just saw Bahgdad Cafe. Was feeling kinda down today but this movie put a smile back on my mug.
