Gabe's a really nice guy. In the offseason he worked out all the time at gym where I am employed.

I would engaged in a friendly convo about basketball with him from time to time. He would tell it (practices, pre-season, the life of a journeyman basically) how it is. He mentioned how some refs even talk down to the players by calling them "boy" or something of that nature. Guess we can see why some blow up and all of the sudden get techs.

I could recall training and finishing 2 clients while he was still working his butt off. He usually would sport some Bobcats gear on. I'm guessing b/c that's the most recent team for which he played.

He seems like someone I would be friends with. I subscribed to his blog so that I can get instant updates. Really interesting stuff.

Dang, that's his best showing yet. And I see no Aaron on the box score, so he must have been called up before the game. Someone's going to pick up CJ Watson soon. Maybe we can have him after we trade three people away. Dude is fast and a pretty decent shooter... played at Tennessee, so I have seen him shoot.. sigh.. a lot!

    Thanks for posting this!

Sure that's happened to me but not 8 times in a game.

It was just a light-hearted comment about Brooks' rebounding numbers compared to Novak's, and I didn't mean anything by it. Just interesting how Brooks got 8 rebounds and Novak got 9 in this game when they'd be lucky to get 5 in a NBA game. Does this say anything about the level of the competition in the NBDL?

In other totally unrelated news, Rod Benson got 28 points and 28 rebounds in one of his recent games...

Looks like everybody was on fire, on both teams. Combined they were 25/27 on 3 pointers.

I've never seen a boxscore like that on any level.

15/15 3pt, 100 percentage for the entire team, how is that possible?

I don't believe the box score, especially after the 6 for 22 FT shooting by Rockets.
