[Xbox360/PS3] Assassins Creed

Reminds me of when they did a post about Enchanted Arms reviews. I forget the specifics, but they basically proved that some of the reviewers (or maybe just one?) didn't get very far in the game before writing a review for it.

Part of the reason why I don't put much emphasis on professional reviews anymore (let alone the scores).

 

Ill bite, Rez... What are you playing right now?

My girlfriend has been playing Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - game of the Year edition for over 70+ hours and Im going to kill myself if it doesnt end soon.

Im taking it easy on Assassins Creed because I know it will take a back seat once Mass Effect drops next week.

 

My roommate has it on reserve....he hasn't picked it up yet, think he will later in the week. He's one of those a-holes.

 

I have it reserved too, but I am waiting to pick it up at Frys for $40!

 

anybody get it for $40 at fry's yet? it's supposedly in stock today

 

I got it yesterday from eb paid 60 for it ( barf). Played for about an hour very fun game... game play is great... story seems pretty interesting. I'd recomend picking it up if you want a change of pace from halo 3 or gears of war type games.



by the way I have it for 360 not sure how the game compares to the ps3 version but im content with my choice.

 

I bought it from buy.com for $29 because I signed up for one of their credit cards (which ill never use). Now I have to wait for it to get shipped to me

 

One of my friends bought it and he thinks its sick. Tempting me to buy it.

 

hell I wouldn't mind waiting a few days and only paying $29 for it. You got a good deal.

 

I have a doctors appointment in Sugar Land in about an hour. I'm going to try to get it at the Fry's on 59 afterwards.

 

The one in California that I called said they won't have it on the shelves until 5 PM. I will get it after I'm done with work. I should be able to get to Fry's before 7PM. I hope they have some left.

damn that is sick. look at the detail on that building on the left, little cracks, and bumps on the roof. man i want this badly now.

 

Just got off the phone with Fry's on I45@West and confirmed: they DO have them in stock now, and it IS $39. The guy was unable to tell me how long it would be on for this price, though.

But since it's not in an actual ad, I can't get a price match from a local store, so it looks like it's road-trip time.

But at least I save twenty bucks..

I just picked up mine from Fry's on the SW Freeway for $39.99.

 

i just found mine at my apt. on my friends 360 for $0.

it looks like an above average game. which is ok in my book.

 

i price matched two from circuit city and best buy. returned one at wal-mart for call of duty 4.
