I would get COD4. The novelty of Halo3 (i haven't played the previous ones) has worn off, and there are a lot of issues with its multiplayer gameplay and matchmaking.

I want to get COD4 but can't decide whether to get it on PC or 360. Any pros/cons for either version?

PC has better graphics of course (depending on your comp), 360 has easier and better MP matchmaking (lot more players and friends on it)

    Such as?

There are typically over 50,000 people playing globally, at a minimum, at any one time on the Halo 3 servers.

So what "matchmaking" issues are you having?

yeah, I've never really had a problem with the matchmaking in Halo 3. occasionally you'll get some blips and hiccups, but that's like 5% of the time maybe

having said that, CoD 4 is still clearly better, as you can tell from the oerall responses in this thread =P

ouch, youre gonna need a serious gaming rig to get the most out of the game. youre prolly gonna have to run it at the lowest res and texture details
