    ESPN Classic shows the originals all the time. I think I'll stick with those.

    I loved that show as a kid. Will I love this show? Not necessarily, but I'll give it a shot.

    Weird, I just saw an episode of American Gladiators on ESPN Classic last night at work. Coincidence?

    That was tizziiiyte when I was young. Not as excited about it as I was before tho as I was watching it last night. Btw, FFB's giant friend should apply for that.

    I think it has a chance to succeed but I am not sure how well it will do with Hulk Hogan as the host? Maybe hes there to fill the role of Larry Csonka...

    I liked the show as a kid and was excited at the fact that ESPN brought the classic back. After about a week of watching it, I think I got bored by it. I think a "reviving" is exactly what it needs. I might be one of the 1sts in line to compete... atleast I always wanted to when I was younger :D

    If I remember correctly, at one time you had to sit through American Gladiators to watch David Letterman after Carson (along with Love Connection).

    yeah, that's exactly right. when i was in high school it was like that. i remember laying in bed way too late on school nights to see letterman's monologue.

    Not really...it's on all the freakin' time.

    As for the news...I like Hogan and I used to love American Gladiators, so as long as they don't try and get too flashy with it, I'll give it a watch.
