Anyone have a good recommendation for a 'nice' hotel/suite for a bachelor party? It'll be in a couple weeks and we'll have about 8-10 people. We want to have a place to go for drinks, cigars, etc.

We're probably looking to spend around 250-400 for the room (one night). Anyone done anything like this, have any recommendations?

    Tweety's Diamond Inn.

There are several around town, and the chain is well known by "professionals" in Houston.

Depends on your crowd......perhaps Hotel Derek if you're into the mod look. If I was organizing one, I'd probably rent a house in Tiki Island or Omega Bay for the weekend. Take everyone to Heartbreaker's one evening, and maybe to Ocean Caberet/Dimitri's just to scare everyone a bit. The rest of the time you could grill outside, drink to your heart's content, and catch fish under the lights of the pier of your rent house. But........that's my crowd--may not be yours.

We need more of a description than 'drink, cigar ' for activities you are going to have. I have been to 3 bachelor parties, and they were totally different. But they all fit the crowd that was there.

Me either...definitely not. I still love my wife dearly and would give anything to make it work.

What about Hotel Zaza (msp?) or Hotel Icon, with the whiskey bar upstairs...not to close to the strip clubs, but quality tail...

If you want strippers, go to the galleria area and bring one home after the club...
