    I think that I may have talked my roommate, who is the director of entertainment at Waterloo Icehouseon 6th, to buy NBA lague pass. I have promised him that we can fill the bar with Rockets fans atleast 82 times this year. I was just looking for an estimate of the amount of people that might show, so if your interested reply here or a tcthompson@mail.utexas.edu .

    UT Baller is talking about the Icehouse on 6th and Lamar (next to Waterloo records). You are thinking of Waterloo Brew Pub which is closing.

    I will be there as much as I can Baller.....

    That's Waterloo Brewing Company that closed down. I used to think it was affiliated with the Waterloo Ice Houses, but I guess not.

    (by the way, what's with an ice house that's part of a chain? Also, look at it. It has too many walls to be a real ice house. Though I suppose showing Rockets games would be enough to redeem them.)

    I think you'll be asking a lot to get people there 82 times a year. I love going to sports bars more than just about anyone, but I even broke down and bought the league pass because I knew there would be no way I'd go out every game.

    Regardless, I'll frequent there a few times.

    FWIW, and no offense to your friend, but we ate lunch there once last year and the food sucked and the restrooms were dirtier than any gas station that I have ever seen.

    Filthy restrooms do not bode well for the kitchen.

    I will be in Austin 6 times for business that i know off just yet. So count me in. I'll even bring some of the family down from Pflugerville to partake in the festivities.

    Count me in for a few games. I've got NBA League Pass at home so I try not to miss any Rockets games. The Rocks are one of the reasons a bought the dish 3 seasons ago.

    I work a block from 6th and Lamar and would definitely make it for a few games. Especially East coast early games.

    I usually go to Austin about 10 times a year, so if there is a Rockets game on one of those nights, I'd be interested in stopping by. (I'm going to try to see 78 games this year, and every Rockets playoff game :) )
