When i was i kid the public tellivision chanel near me played FC Bayern games all the time. since we only had like 4 channels(upstate NY during the early 80s) i watched alot of games. so i usually check their status in the tables.

as a die hard American soccer player since 1982, i watched everything soccer i could. so i will always be a fan of Argentina soccer. for the love of one player. Maridonna. myself and all my soccer buddies were huge argentina fans probably because they were the best. and everyone fought over my number 10 of course.

now that we have a league of our own, the MLS, i am basicly a fan of the league as a whole. sure it has major problems, but its a start, and its existance is paramount to the growth of soccer in the US.

i follow my hometown team, the Metrostars

although i owned a mutiny jersey (my collage intramural team used the name mutiny so we all got jerseys)

any how, to answer you question. YES i like euro soccer, but i support American soccer more.. afterall i am an American, and i want to see America dominate the world cup in 8-12 years

    peace

    TVOR,

I think the show was "Soccer Made in Germany" with Toby Charles. Fox Sports World picked up his broadcasts for German games last season, but unfortunately have gone back to Max Bretos this season. Bayern Munich and Borussia Monchengladbach were the teams I remembered from that show. In England I like Arsenal, because like the Rockets they were called boring and their biggest rival are the Spurs. But the US national team are my favorites, and hopefully Houston will be getting a MLS team soon.
