Actually your body doesn't digest corn (sweet corn in particular) unless you chew it up real well. The reason is because we don't have the enzymes to break up the covering of the kernal of corn, but can the nutrients inside. So those corns you don't smash and chew real well, will come out like they came in................this is not a Chipotle special corn....

And that kids is the biology lesson for today....carry on...........

The reason they put corn in a burrito is because that place makes a mockery of burritos. I ate there once, and I hated it. None of the stuff they put in it even makes it a burrito. The only thing that makes it a burrito is the fake tortilla. Not only that, PLUS I look up and see that their menu has somethin called a "Burrito Bowl" WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!! How can you make a burrito with a bowl, thats the stupidest thing I've ever heard. I wanted to punch the next person that came in and ordered one of those. Its not a burrito bowl, its a bowl with a bunch of crap.

Freebirds, by far, has the best giant burrito. They serve cayenne pepper tortillas, refried beans, and fresh fajitas.

Mission and Chipotle just plain suck.

I went to Chipolte one day after hearing a bunch of hype. I was sadly disappointed. It was very bland and there was something hard in my burritto when I didn't have them add anything that should have been hard.

Freebirds on the other hand I could eat every day.

is it just the chipotles in houston? because everytime i went in austin, they don't automatically put corn in there. its made to order so you only get what you ask for. i actually liked chipotles more than freebirds, the meat just tasted better to me.
