I usually went to the ip address of the router on IE.... prolly something along the lines of 192.168.etc... Click on your network connections, click on the wireless. I would set up the encryption on it.... It's very straightforward. Let us know if there are any parts that you're stuck on.
Navigate to: http://gateway.2wire.net/setup or http://homeportal/setup or http://192.168.1.254/setup Any one of these will work. Once you get to the site, it will walk you through the setup wizard. Once you are done, you will be online and surfing.
