Ok seriously this is starting to get really depressing. Maybe if we made torturing and killing children a death penalty offense people would do it less often.

MySpace gives unique perspective into accused killer

SPOKANE -- A year ago this week a woman blogged about her new step-daughter being "the sweetest little girl." Now that woman, Adriana Lytle, is in jail and the girl, her four-year-old step-daughter Summer, is dead following what may have been several prolonged months of physical abuse that veteran detectives are calling torture.

Adriana Lytle, going under the screen name ‘angeleyes0921’, blogged just four times since she opened up her account on the social networking site MySpace.com in 2004, but her recent posts over the last year shed some insight into the mind of the woman who, according to court documents, beat and dunked Summer as punishment for misbehaving.

Summer allegedly suffered a variety of injuries from beatings with belts and spoons and Adriana, according to her husband Jon during a police interview, bit the girl once after she kicked Adriana in the chin. Her body had bruises from her feet to the top of her head from what detectives saw of Summer when they arrived at Deaconess Medical Center on Saturday night.

"This is the worst case I've ever seen and my detectives feel the same," Sergeant Joe Peterson said during an interview on Monday. "It's probably the worst case of abuse that any of us in hundreds of combined years in this unit have ever seen. It's beyond abuse ... it's abuse by torture."

According to her blog entries, she and Summer’s biological father Jon Lytle got married on March 10, 2006 when she was six months pregnant. While she mentioned the upcoming birth of her son, she heaped public praise on her new step-daughter.

"When we got married I became a step-mom to his 3 year old daughter Summer," Adriana wrote in her blog. "She has the same red hair as her daddy. And she is the sweetest little girl."

She goes on to write, "This is the first and only marriage for both of us as neither one of us believe in divorce. I am so glad I never settled for any of the losers I was with."

Over the next year she didn’t add any blog entries to her MySpace account until March 9th, the day before Summer died, where she comments that "I guess what they say is true. Time flies when you are having fun," referring to hers and Jon’s first wedding anniversary on March 10th.

There’s no hint of anything that was going on behind the scenes, her public persona on MySpace filled instead with pictures of her and Jon the day they got married, pictures of Jon with Summer and his infant son, and a seemingly happy family portrait with Jon, Adriana, Summer and their infant son taken with Santa Claus at Christmas.

"Everything has been going great," she added in her March 9th blog entry. "I look forward to the many years to come and wonder if they will go as fast. I hope not. I relish every moment I spend and have with him."

However her last entry posted early Friday afternoon is a poem she claims to have written in 2002 titled "You told me you loved me," an angst-filled rant in which she writes, "You told me you loved me, you told me a lie. You told me you cared, now you wish I would die."

Less than 24 hours later her four-year-old step-daughter Summer was dead and investigators from the Spokane Police Department discovered how far removed Adriana’s seemingly public persona she kept on MySpace.com was from the one kept inside Apartment #25 at the Dresden Apartments where she lived and her step-daughter Summer died.

LOL, that's pretty funny.

SLowly but surely madtv seems to be getting better and better. Although , i don't watch either on saturdays...all I see is whats on comedy central.
