All I need to finish this god awful project is a few pictures that portray irony.... If anyone can hook me up or tell me how I can get some I would be forever gratefull............ I also need to get this done by the end of the night so a quick response would be even more appreciated....
Ah, the BBS where members do other members' homework and their take-home tests! I should have asked the BBS how to do my dadgum Accounting homework. Anyway, back to the subject, Drew, I have provided a link to Lou Gehrig and the irony of his life: he had the all-time record for most games played, but died before he was 40 & this article does have a picture. http://espn.go.com/sportscentury/features/00014204.html So, there's one picture for you.
I don't know how to get a JPEG file of Lou Gehrig, but doesn't that article help? I know you need pictures but isn't showing a picture of the "Iron Horse" an irony? After all, this guy's nickname is the "Iron Horse" and he had a deadly disease named after him. Don't you see the irony there?
It's ironic that Alanis Morisette's song Ironic is supposed to contain a bunch of ironic images/situations and yet most of them aren't ironic at all.
Well, someone posted this earlier in a different context... and I'd thought about it before, too. Since the Jazz moved to Utah, they really should change the team name. It is ironic to have the Jazz in Salt Lake City-- probably one of the least swingin' places on the face of the earth... (good skiing though)

Mr. Play it safe was afraid to fly He packed his suitcase and kissed his kids goodbye He waited his whole damn life to take that flight And as the plane crashed down, he felt, "well isn't this nice" On a side note, Alanis Morissette gets the award for "worst follow-up to a hit debut album"
