    Nickname?

Novak is such a cool name.
Why would you want to give him a nickname?

Supernovak works for me. I also liked the Nova's Arc. Bill should definately call the three point line that if he goes off for multiple threes in a game.

supernova or supernovak are both great. not only do they incorporate his name, but they are relative to astronomy and the htown/nasa connection

since he can shoot from outside let's call him "The Doorman" as he also opens the door inside.

    Steve Groundhog Novak

Groundhog stands for making shots over and over again. His form is so nice it's like watching a replay every time.

Groundhog could also stand for not getting any elevation off the ground :D

Don't like supernova or supernovak. Too close to his name and too long.

    How about T2?

Someone else suggested Mr. Novakaine. Or just Novakaine. I like that. He's so in the zone, he's lost all sensation.

Don't people realize that Supernova sounds just about as gay as Brokevak? You need to imagine Stuart Scott yelling out the name on SportsCenter highlights.

Also, we should be careful not to pick a name too early. Wait until a few 8-10 3PFG nights before we annoint him. Imagine giving a sweet nickname to a player that averages 4 mins a night of garbage time. It could become a curse more than a blessing.

"No va" in Spanish means "It doesn't go."
