I am getting tired of the Summer Series already Some I like . .but the issue is waiting 9 months for the next season . . that is just wack StarGate, 4400, Monk, all gone They all may have had at most 10 episodes [more like 7~8] now they expect me to wait until next summer or even January I think I will lose interest by then Rocket River
A show like "24" is even worse these days. Finishes in May and doesn't come back until January. Of the ones you list, I only watch "Monk", and since every episode is self-contained, I'm able to just forget about it when it's off-the-air and watch it whenever it comes back with no problems.
Yeah, I was really getting into The 4400 recently too, and then BAM, season over. Too short. Plus, during all the previews for the episodes last season, they made sure to show clips of the big disaster that was being fortold, the one where either Tom dies, or Sean kills Richard. Then the freaking season ends and none of it happens, presumably because it will be next season. Damnit, if it isn't going to happen THIS season, then don't show it in previews.
sopranos did this too... not really a summer series but come on, makin us wait 9 months until you put out a new ep?
Having a hard time getting into Rescue Me . .. These summer Series are beginning to make me think about getting the DVD sets more than watching them Rocket River
