    Man, how does he manage to limbo under those short hurdles? I hated doing that in HS and I'm 16 inches shorter.

    this might be the first yao workout thread where we don't have a "yao looks fat" post. :)

    yao looks great, his body fat appears low and he looks as strong as he ever has.

    That video is AWESOME! I can see why Yao hired Falsone. He is a bad a$$. Does he train others, or just Yao? Anyone know?

    The Rockets should hire him back quick. With all the injuries last year and the lack of heart & fight that the team displayed. Falsone could have been the difference.

    At present, China's National Team and he has convergence for the tournament to be held in Japan. However, Yao Ming will have to wait until August after joint training, the only separate shooting / running exercises. Reports from China.

    目前,他已经和中国国家队汇合,准备在日本举办的世锦赛.不过,姚明要等到8月以后才能合练,目前只能单独进行投篮/跑步练习.发自中国的报道.
