And Battier is definitely better offensively. He actually has some post up game, and is clearly a more efficient scorer. It's understandable to make comparisons between the two, but there shouldn't be any doubt overall that Battier is better.

overated? hes one of the reason heat won. in defense he would not be scared to take a charge. he did this over 10 times. i agree that battier is better offensivly, but u have to give posey some credit. imo, posey defense and battier defense is like equal almsot.

I think Posey is a bit underrated actually but i really think that battier plays better defense especially in shot-blocking and stealing. On offense i'd give the ball to Battier because he can do more things but if it was for a 3 pointer Posey is money.

I feel that like Posey, Battier is a good defender that has a good 3 point shot. But I also see another 10/5 guy. Again, Battier > Posey, but that's not saying too much.

Do you guys think that Battier is significantly better than Posey?

No way pose is even close to battier i think on this team with mj we might get 14 and 6 out of bats no way pose is even close to those numbers and bats is much stronger capable of guarding 4s! i dont really like the trade but in the short term bats is a great move for the team!
