Just a question: Is it legal to add any random person to your phone? If so are you then taking legal responsibility for there phone useage since it's your plan?
you can add as many lines as you want. the name on the account doesn't change. but you are right, he's legally responsible for any charges on the account whether they are made by him or not.
Not trying to be an ******* but that is a hundred dollars you will never be seeing again. Unless you start doing some of the things suggested in this thread. Like telling everyone about it or getting in his face. But since you said you do not like confrontation, you can forget about that money.
thanks for all the info, guys. yeah i might be going with that fake attorney letter, simply because although the guy's an ass, he's a dumb ass and won't think to cite me on law fraud or anything. like i said, i've learned my lesson. you can't always try to be nice and expect not to get screwed over. i should go key his car.
