Eventaully got me a Smoker.... yipeee

We were wandering doing some looking for a possible new couch today and in the bunch of large stores there was a store called Barbeques Galore, had been there before and to other BBQ stores in the hope they have a SMoker, but alas they never have any, had someone lined up to make one, but today Barbeques Galore had a smoker in there... wooooo firckin hooo, damn i am excited, called a Texas Smoker, with barrel and box on side, can't find a picture to post but will look for one, got it for $500, will arrive in a couple of weeks

so please let me know your smoking recipes... briskets.... chicken, fish anything, i wanna get smoking!!!!
