    According to the story, he had won a car in a lottery scratch off game. The news station had him go back to the store and reenact it...he bought another ticket, scratched it off and won $250,000.

    I am pretty sure it is a real clip, not to mention quite old. I think I saw it on some news show several years ago. That beind said, what a lucky guy.
