What are the chances of us receiving Orlando's pick?

I think that if we do get it and Miles is not on the board at 9, then we draft the nigerian with our pick and grab Kapono from UCLA with Orlando's pick. I heard that he might come out and he would definitely be there around 15. The kid has a shot and could play the 3 if he bulked up (6'7'' 199). What do you all think? I really want Miles though.

I have read at a couple of sights that he would not rule it (declaring for the draft) out.
