he's hit the rookie wall, thats all you can say. Yao did the same his rookie year, around this time, everybody goes through it.
People on the Utah realgm boards want Juwan, Wesley, and Head for Boozer and Devin Brown. I'd still say no. Let's see what Head's got.
I would do that trade in a "utah second" if Carlos Boozer does not have health issues that linger- Head is a decent player, I may regret saying this, let us stop making him a franchise saver! If not for the injuries we would not have gotten this much "head"!!
What is Head's minutes-per-game. It is one thing to hit the wall when you are playing starter's minutes; it's another when you are not...
We had Cassell and Horry for several years before trading them. We didn't trade Mobley, Francis, Maloney, Hakeem or Othella when they were rookies. I seriously don't know what you're talking about.
I would be more open to this idea if there wasn't such a thing as the salary cap and luxury tax.... Is Boozer really worth: 05-06 $11,593,816 06-07 $11,593,816 07-08 $11,593,816 08-09 $11,593,817 09-10 $12,657,233 He's been openly criticized for his lack of effort and intensity since low-balling Gordon Gund to get his big contract with Utah. He hasn't even played this season and reports claim that mid-way through January he reaggravated his hamstring injury. Having him and Swift on the same roster would have to be one of the most frustrating, hated and overpaid PF rotations I have seen in a long time.
the kid can shoot, and he is clutch. he's a good passed and a good rebounder for his size. if he works on his mid-range game, and some ball handlind he will be a very good player. why trade him unless we get an offer we can't refuse (like RJ).
