OMG! Someone on this board know Captain Majid?!!

I loved that cartoon man, I was able a while back to download some episodes from an online torrent site, but it's in Arabic of course. You can also get Ghrandizer and Sanshiro (God I loved Japanese toons :D )

Here's the link for you and adeel, enjoy!

The U.S.A. WILL beat either the Czech Rep. or Italy, but probably not both. My feeling is it will be the azzurri. The Italians are always overrated and their defense, which is supposed to be their saving grace, is all hype. I think the fact that no one is giving the U.S.A. a realistic chance to progress will compensate for the fact that they won't be taken as lightly as in 2002.
I think one of these top seeds (Mexico,Argentina & Italy) most likely will NOT make the second round. And Germany will not make the Final Game.
I would like to see Poland beat Germany,Angola beat Portugal and Sweden beat England (just to see the English paper headlines).

I would love to find some house in Germany that has 5 or 6 bedrooms and rent it for the month of June. Call it the "Clutch House" anyone from the board that can show up is welcome! Whether it be for a weekend or the whole month. Just make it a base of operations for Clutch USA.

    That would be a blast!

That would be awesome, if I can get tickets then I'd be down for that. I'm going to try and get tickets to the first four games through US Soccer.

well they have a very good midfield that's for sure....u guys should be thankful u play them in the last group match coz Michael Essien (Chelsea) and Stephen Appiah (Fenerbahce, ex-Juventus) will injure one of your players :D

i think this is a bad situation for the usa, the czech are great when nedved plays, they ae he best teqam in that group, and italy is also a very good team.

the netherlands has the toughes group IMHO.
i cannot believe the luck germany has. that group is so easy

I agree with that. USA and Netherlands in toughest groups, definitely. I'm not sure either team will get past the first round. I'm actually mentally preparing myself for Holland to go out so I'm not disappointed. Honestly, I haven't had a good feeling with the national team since Euro 2000 after the Yugoslavia match (6-1 for us). There are too many weaknesses in the team and while van Basten has done a good job with what we have, I don't think we have the player material that we used to.

I would get tickets for all 7 of our games but don't have the vacation time/money for it. ;)

AMERICA? America is a soccer club in Coapa, Mexico, or a soccer club "de Cali" in Colombia. America is a whole continent, you ethnocentrist... ;)

Yes, I know you meant "The United States of". :D

Stack24, will Live be having ALL THE GAMES IT CAN SHOW during normal business hours, or will we be forced to watch mid-summer baseball? I'd like to bet something like wearing the jersey, or such.

Yeah, from what I've seen of Essien this year, he's right up there with Paul Scholes as some of the worst tacklers in the world.
