    Wouldn't this be a good way to ensure that it is used for power and not weaponry? Wouldn't this be a step that the U.S. can take that might prevent military conflict, or at least give us a better chance of getting the intel correct this time?

    It seems proactive and something we can do to prevent a potentially huge problem.

    They might invite us to bid, but I don't see them letting us in there to build it.

    Just because they allow us to build the plant, that doesn't mean they'll allow our government to perform inspections throughout the country.
