I've never had a problem parking, since there are always tons of empty spaces in the economy lot by the fitness center. Yeah, it's far, but it's also good exercise

It looks like Berkeley is the best school in the nation when you consider price vs. prestige.

California residents only have to pay 6,000+ a year for tuition.

Heh, I only have an econo pass, so I have to park there rain or shine. The only problem is that it takes 15 minutes to walk to PGH, so I have to run like hell if I'm late

Rice's tuition is actually a whole lot cheaper than other private schools due to all their grants. They actually make an effort to save YOU money.

I'm surprised that the University of Florida isn't on the list for best value considering that my tuition is only about $1500 and it is all paid for by the state through the Florida lottery anyway, through a program called Bright Futures. A majority of my friends here all have Bright Futures in some form or another also.

    bigtexxx..

It is an interesting list that I believe takes into account what the average person pays after financial aid etc and quality of education..

A lot of people don't realize that a lot of the really expensive private schools have the resources to actually make them affordable to needy students etc...
