    how are teams like dallas allowed to go so far over the salary cap? and why can't we do likewise?

    could you post the link here?? I would also like to know. It baffles me how Phoenix can afford 3 top tier players in Amare Stoudamire, Steve Nash, and Shawn Marion. As well as a pretty darn good one in Joe Johnson, and still have money to spend!!??
