    I hear ya brother. I played Ultimate Frisbee for three hours on Saturday ( as I do almost every Sat). One of my goals in life has long been to be in the best shape of my life when I turn 40.

    why are there so many young ppl here? computer age? hooked on the rockets at the same time? i dunno...i guess i thought i was young in the crowd, but i feel older seeing so many 20-13 yr olds.

    Yeah, but I hate the idea of being 30. It just makes me feel so old (yeah, I know all your forty-somethings want me to STFU)... I seriously think I will go into crisis mode on my 30th birthday.
