Which day was a happier day?

As an old timer I'd say the coin flips of the 80s.

Given the choices in this poll i'd thank steve for Yao... and McGrady.

T-Mac easily. While getting the #1 pick was exciting I too had no real idea how Yao would turn out. I had high hopes for him but wasnt expecting too much I figured he'd be a 15ppg,10rpg player but someone the defense would need to concentrate on because of his height but still a lot of ?s surrounding that draft and Yao.

At least with T-mac we were getting agruably a top 5 player along with Howard,gaines and Lue for an all-star, a serviceable C and a good sg.
