No, its his job to win natioanl championships, get to BCS games and conference championships.

he finally accomplished one of the three and was given long-term security. I have no real problem with that, but I wish they would have waited until after we beat Michigan to make this announcement, thereby making it sound like a gift.

Like in all sports, a long term contract can be terminated at any time with a buy-out. Hell, in ten years we may have the "Mack Brown Golf Course" that Mackovic never got around to "completing" when his contract was bought out.
