I'm always very wary that a player's best year is in their contract year, but I'll be cautiously optimistic that last season just represented the normal growth for Ingram and he will continue to perform moving forward. If so, this is a good signing/value contract.
I wouldn't be surprised if first 3 draft picks are offensive line. Figure 1 starter out of those 3 with another waiting behind Trent Brown to be starter when ready. Draft RG, RT, and Center If we hit on 2 of them we have the makings of a quality line.

Don't love the resigning of Ingram but Im going to believe that the Texans know what they are doing more than me, and more than most posters on here. Cautiously optimistic and hoping that we see at least 3 new bodies added to that room with FA and Draft. Need veteran LF, upgrade at C, solid backup for RT, and more depth.
[Rapoport] The 49ers are now said to be open to trading Pro Bowl LT Trent Williams, sources say, if the situation regarding his contract doesn’t get resolved. A resolution has not been easy and Williams is frustrated with the process. He’s due $32M in salary with a $38M+ cap number.
