I was trying to and finally remembered who had tourett's when a lot of people became aware of the illness. It was Chris Jackson, NBA guard who changed his name to Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf

I’m guessing this woke white chick has Tourette’s as well.
She’ll get away with it by blaming her white guilt and say something that she hates ICE or free Palestine
    And nothing will happen

OK so he had that word in his vocabulary... and unconsciously blurted it out because consciously he knew it was the worst possible thing to say. I feel you're quick to write off something as illness instead of digging deeper.

Why do the uncontrollable ticks result in swear words and not random words like 'flower"? "mountain"? "ribeye"? "hummingbird"? If their entire purpose is to instigate, then why is the onus as us as society to accept it?

This reeks of pent up repression and social contagion that should be remedied by isolation (or w/ other tourette's patients) and holistic remedies, not freely accepting it in society. I have no problem hiring someone with a disability based on the job that needs to be done -- but as far as tourette's, I would not. Not everyone needs to be present in social settings.

There's nothing ignorant about drawing boundaries and not feeling the need to overcompensate to virtue signal to every disability in existence. We've seen celebrities virtue signal about everything related to illegals and ICE, but they'll never allow them into their homes. Obama didn't let them stay in Martha's vineyard. They want the lower classes to deal with it and draw their own boundaries despite having all the resources. Yet you never call them out on it.

An honest approach would be to let him know society doesn't exist to babysit you. Work harder on holistic approaches to keep your vocal tics, which for some reason are always offensive slurs and not random words like "flower", "hydrangea" or "ribeye", under control, or avoid large gatherings. It's a small trade off. There's also the question of digging deeper under the surface -- are we doing all we can to address the pent up repression that leads to these slurs being said? Do we write off something as a disability to save us the difficulty of delving into harsh realities about ourselves? That's the liberal approach to psychiatry that hasn't been working out well.

Had no idea about this. Curating what to air based on what's higher on the DEI ferris wheel of marginalized communities is absurd. We can't have the blacks winning too much , that means they're the new oppressors!

Then again, that's what the modern state of awards is. Giving out self congratulatory trophies based on the KIA DEI ladder leaderboard.

Why would I need to dig deeper when this is already a well studied and known effect?
Their purpose is not to instigate, because they are not doing it on purpose. I couldn't tell your why random words don't come out instead of swear words. It may have something to do with what they are trying not to say, but I am not a neurologist. I do know that coprolalia translates to dung babble, and the reason it was called that is because the people say dirty/bad things that have no meaning when they are saying them. You are trying to understand it from a point where the person is being malicious, as though they want to say these things and the disease is some sort of excuse. If you instead understood it as a disability that cannot be controlled, no different than someone with chronic gas or anything else that they cannot control that is unpleasant to the people around them, it would make more sense for you.
We have, generally as a society, decided that people with disabilities do not deserve to be ostracized and that we should make accommodations for them. That's why we have things like wheelchair ramps and handicap parking spaces. I'm sorry you think your right to not be offended trumps their right to be allowed in normal society. Seems very special snowflake, safe spaces kind of thinking to me.
