@Commodore @Space Ghost the crypto MAGAs are about to realize how much of a fraud Trump is in real time
What do they have to do with this? Commodore is probably enough of a drone to defend Trump/Melania coin, but I don't remember seeing either of those people advocate for anything except Bitcoin.
Five guys in one vehicle all paid to surround and intimidate one individual. What a freaking waste of taxpayer dollars. Somebody call DOGE to get an explanation.
My $2.80 I have invested in memecoins are really taking a beating. I don't know if my hundred thousand shares of SHIB or DOGE are ever going to recover. I mean I have really taken a bath. I am down over 50%. I think I am going to hodl though. To the moon, baby.
I know you're joking but it's pretty sad that the president's family is scamming everyday Americans to the scale of billions and billions of dollars. It's nothing but scams and we pretend this behavior is normal. His cultist just don't care that he's stealing billions. These people are so braindead that they actually think he's fighting the swamp.
Those are actually my investments in memecoins. I didn't care about losing a couple dollars (literally), and now own over a hundred thousand shares of each of those. I don't think they will ever actually be worth anything, but could you imagine if somehow either went up to even a penny? It sucks that Trump is involving himself (as I have previously said, I wouldn't want any public servant putting out a coin or investing in anything over which they could conceivably assert influence), but I don't feel bad for people that were stupid enough to invest real money in memecoins. Caveat emptor.
The president has no business sending text messages to American telling them to buy crypto scams with their debit card. You may have bought your memecoin on your own but millions of Americans lost their hard earned money cuz of listening to Trump
You don't feel bad for innocent Americans who trust the president and get scammed out of their life savings? You don't think it's the government job to protect people from scams? We have deep fakes and Ai and you think every day Americans shouldnt be protected? Jesus man
Fortune Favors The Bold...say the paid Hollywood spokesmen (Matt Damon, et al). Yeah, it's easy to say "only an rube would invest in that".... Now explain Madoff and the many, many other Wall Street junk bond and pyramid scams over the years. Those weren't just "po'folk" throwing money into that stuff.
No, I don't feel bad for people that invested in any memecoin. They have all the same information you or I have. Why didn't we invest in Trumpcoin or Melaniacoin or whatever? Just lucky? Madoff was a licensed securities trader who was offering a seemingly investment into a portfolio managed by a financial advisor who had shown returns that consistently beat the average investors (the same reason people invest in mutual funds or index funds instead of just trying to pick stocks themselves). His practices were opaque and he had a proven track record of paying out to the people who had already invested with him. That is how Ponzi schemes work, they dupe people by showing seemingly legitimate gains that are financed by later investors. If Madoff had told everyone that he was operating a Ponzi scheme and they still invested, that would be a better analogy for Trump's memecoins. I suspect that most of the losses aren't John Q. Public anyway, but rather major "investors" that now have lost money that went to Trump and oh, would you look at that, here they are getting a favor.
I can't believe this isn't getting more play. The President of the United States of America has been reduced to a babbling, mouth-breathing talk radio caller which is basically the lowest form of life there is. Are we 100% sure this isn't a Phil Hendrie bit?
