Sure, but he shoots 37% on uncontested floaters from 8-9 FT.

Not sure why you’re so heated about this. I never said anything about semi circle. I mentioned the paint simply because you misunderstood what a mid range is saying that a 10 ft to 3 pt line is mid range. I also never said anything about Amen afraid to shoot. I said Amen doesn’t have another move if he can’t drive to the rim and that’s a fact.

I also simply said Castle is better because of his abilities. Ability to drive with a lot of contact, mid range, and pullup jumpers which he can build from since he hasn’t mastered it yet. Amen doesn’t have the ability to shoot a 3 comfortably or a dribble pullup and that is why he’s behind the curve.

Great you don’t think Castle is better. We all get it. I disagree. This post is very unnecessary.

As I said before the Spurs have shooters so of course Amen would have more opportunities in that offense since it’s more spread out with 4 shooters. Conversely Castle would have a difficult time in the Rockets bunched half court.

What is this based on? Any sources that back this assertion?

Also coaches can’t shoot for players. A player missing a wide open shot in a game is on him in that moment where the individual is in control with no one else to help.

The Spurs are really good and have a bright future, perhaps brighter than ours.

do you really need further explanation here?

The spurs are the league's best when it. comes to this, I'm not sure why we're debating it

Everything has a source or multiple sources to back it up. And statements like these need to be substantiated. Anything else is assumption or hearsay.

the sky is blue, I'm not going to look up and paste a wavelength spectrum to substantiate it.

For really obvious things you really don't have to. 99% of NBA fans acknowledge the spurs have the arguably the greatest player development in the NBA and maybe sports. MJ is the GOAT. Draymond is a dirty player

Yeah that backcourt is not hitting 3's against us, we can create spacing issues for them. Plus most of the key guys are playoff virgins.

Nuggets and Thunder have no weaknesses when healthy. Nuggets have the only uncontrollable player imo.

As I've been saying all season, I'm comfortable with SGA (guarded by Amen) competing with Durant (guarded by Williams/Dort) for offensive output. Sengun will have to outscore Williams.

With Jokic I have no idea wtf we're going to do because the only way to beat it is burn his drop coverage or bring him out of the paint with shooting (which means you swallow a step back defensively). Ime will never do that, his aversion to winning with 3's is exactly how Kerr kicked his more talented teams out of the playoffs.

A part of me wants us to get Warriors in the first round so we can see if Ime has grown up and if not we can move on from him. Losing to Kerr 3 series in a row despite having more talent all 3 times is pretty definitive. If he gets past him, hurray he will have learned something in the past.
