DEI destroyed Star Trek: update: Klingons are now GAY

The last television program that I watched was Better Call Saul and before that Breaking Bad.

I honestly can't recall the last network television series that I watched. Actually I can. In the early 2000's my wife (since divorced) liked to watch Law & Order, which I watched with her. So that was 20 years ago.

Does anybody really watch network television anymore or are their Nielsen numbers all fraudulent like everything else?

 

If they ever make another Alien movie the xenomorphs are gonna be trans breh....

 

Starfleet Academy started poorly and has improved as the season has progressed, especially the episode about Sisko. Anyone who thinks Star Trek just recently became “woke” or “dei” (or what whatever dumb**** buzzword you want to regurgitate) has never actually watched an episode. They pushed the boundaries on racial and gender issues in the original series, had the first interracial kiss on tv, and had one of the most diverse casts (including gay actors) on television.



TNG even had an episode where Riker fell in love with an androgynous alien that wanted to be seen as female. This was 34 years ago:



DS9 had a (uh oh) Black commander/captain and Jadzia Dax, a female trill with a male symbiont, that had romantic relationships with male and female characters.





Voyager had a (uh oh) female captain and a Native American commander (played by a Mexican American actor).



Star Trek has always been progressive and always pushed for diversity.

Just admit you’ve never watched or cared about Star Trek and the people you’re @‘ing have never watched it, either. Star Trek started “woke” and has lasted for sixty years.

 

Klingons had the gayest outfits from the start.

Also, if every Klingon must be a hardened warrior that lives for battle, then why was there a fat ass Klingon chef that only cooked and sang? Every species has outliers.



This **** annoys me because there are valid criticisms of recent Star Trek series that get ignored because of the throng of uninformed chuds loudly screeching about manufactured “woke” and “dei” controversies.

 

Bullshit. Klingons have a society that praises warriors, but would not survive without scientists, doctors, and lawyers...who have been portrayed in various shows.
A gay Klingon is not a big deal.
