NFL considering allowing replay officials to issue penalties

Pass Interference would be a sh*t show given how game changing those are and how subjective it can be.

 

Just more ways to rig games. hell to the no.

 

I thought you could already challenge a non-penalty.
I though this happened after the Saints Rams playoff game.
But every time someone challenged it was not supported so it just lies there with no activity.
